I first wanted to tell you that I am very sorry about the cleanliness of your room and the proper measures have been taken to ensure excellence during your next visit. If there is ever a situation that would make a guest feel uncomfortable we want to help.While we do have the small rooms that are great for the business trips and over night stays, we do accommodate guests that want a more relaxing environment by upgrading them to our suites that are much larger and include sleeping for four people, a kitchenette, and 312 square feet of room.
