“Staff redeemed hotel”

Lee at the front desk, redeemed hotel in our eyes and saved hotel and more importantly our stay from being ruined. He went above and beyond to deliver a great experience. My husband is a Disabled Service Member and travels with an amazing and very helpful Service Animal. I won't go into all the details, but I will say a huge crisis was diverted and my family and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. I will say the breakfast is a little on the skimpy side compared to other hotels and the management of the hotel needs to re-read the ADA and Service Animal laws and make sure all involved fully understand the difference between a Service Animal and a pet.....they are NOT one in the same! Also, the Accessible rooms showers need to be redone badly. Have a professional in this field and evaluate what is necessary to be compliant.
