“Weekend stay”

We stay here often, but I've noticed a staffing change that has affected the quality of service. I made these reservations early thee was a mix up of rooms. We got the wrong room type and they were not able to fix it. When we asked for more towels we never got them. We had requested a fridge and micro when making the reservation and we didn't have one. When we requested those items they didn't have any available. Those items are standard these days, but it's worse when you request it and still don't have it. You have to go to the front desk to get towels which is an inconvenience when you realize after you are already wet. Towels should be in the pool. I don't care for the new rule of no children after 10. The pool is geared toward kids and they should not put a limit on it. This is the first hotel we have stayed in that has done that. I have always loved staying here, but the recent stay makes me Leary of coming back. The recent changes have not been for the better. If these changes remain, we most likely will find a new location.
