- I was happy to get a room on such short notice and all of the staff was great. However, when I pulled out the sofa so my kids could go to sleep, I pulled the sheets back and what I saw surprised me. There were unrine looking stains, hair and tinfoil wrappers. I guess it was so shocking because the bed was made (the sheets and blankets were tucked in perfectly). I called room service and the lady apologized and brought up fresh sheets. After that though you start to wonder how well the rest of the room was clean! We did receive a discount but it was still quite bothersome.
