“Pleasant Stay”; Jan 15, 2013 Jennifer R, Yorkville; When I originally booked this room, we didn't know if there was going to be a Packer game or not. The Packers ended up being out of town, but the room prices continued to be inflated. However, the lady at the front desk reduced my rate to a normal rate since there was no game. VERY NICE! My only complaint (and it's a complaint because this is the second time in 2 months at the same hotel)....my remote control did not work. The first time (November), the hotel ended up not having any spare remotes. This time, the batteries died and there were no extras. :-(
