We pride ourselves in exceptional customer service! Thank you for confirming this for us. We apologize for the stained top sheet, we've recently switched laundry chemical suppliers and will address this with them, as well as replace linens where necessary. Thanks for bringing this to our attention.Also, I know how frustrating it can be when water temperature isn't where you expect it. The hotel was very busy and it must have been during a peak hot water usage period. We apologize, and will check our hot water heaters and make sure they are operating efficiently. Lastly, our staff informs me that upon checkout you mentioned that your stay was just fine.
