“Not bad”

  , Nashville
Overall the room was not bad. The pillows were all balled up into ridiculously fat, too fat to sleep on, wads and the beds were just ok. The reservation was for a room with a roll-in/step-in shower and it turned out that this room was unavailable, and even though the bathtub had support rails for access, the floor of the tub was much lower than the actual floor, so stepping out was a bit of a challenge, and somewhat jarring. Likewise, the shower bench didn't take into consideration that the floor of the tub was much higher, and this made using the shower bench almost like sitting in the tub itself. Even though it was 30's outside and the heater display showed 61 degrees in the room on arrival, and we had to open the window the first night just to breathe. The second night we left the heat off entirely but the fan kept kicking on and blowing cold air. When we checked out we found out that this is normal operation when the heaters are turned off. I wouldn't say it was the best stay I've ever had, but I'd stay here again. The management did extend a small credit because of the inconveniences and all of the staff members that we talked with were quite friendly.
