First, I want to thank you for taking the time to review your stay at the Microtel in Keyser WV, and second we want you to know it disappoints us that your stay was less than satisfactory. This is not the expectation of the staff at the Microtel, and we apologize that your stay was not as you or we expect. We have reviewed your comments with the staff regarding smoking and reminded staff that smoking is not allowed in the front area, where guests are arriving. Also, we spoke about being present in the breakfast area and making sure that the breakfast area is ready and clean with food presented hot and tasteful at 930am, as it is at 630am. Again, we apologize that you were not staisfied with your stay and would welcome a second chance so that you may receive the service that we expect to give every guest that stays with the Microtel Inn & Suites in Keyser WV. « hide

The staff takes pride in serving all of our guests, and make them feel like Microtel is their home away from home, so it prides us to see that you received great service. We are glad you enjoyed the hot waffles from our expanded breakfast that also includes such items as sausage gravy, scrambled eggs, patties, and boiled eggs and meats such as sausage and bacon. We have recently changed the coffee to Superior Coffee from Farmers Brothers, and have had many good comments about the product, however we feel short of your expectations and maybe we can offer you a different option your next time to Keyser. Thank you for choosing the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham, in Keyser WV. The hotel will be open two years at the end of the year. The color scheme throughout is blue and gold to support the local college Potomac State, an affliate of West Virginia University. The hotel has 61 rooms, six of these rooms are designated for smoking and are located on the third floor.
