“my stay at Microtel”; Nov 15, 2012 Dora G, Ocoee; Location is great, Walmart within walking distance. Close to highway, suites are furnished nicely. Cigarette smoke a problem, staff and guest smoking outside front of building. Would be nice to have a place in back of hotel for smoking and guest gathering, noisy at night with guest out front talking right under other guests windows.

Thank you for choosing the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham in Keyser WV. We want to thank you for your comments. As noted the the hote is close to Walmart as well as Route 220. The suites are large and furnished with a large desk area, sofa, bar area that includes a sink for long term guests. The front of the hotel is an area where many guests gather, and we try to keep this area to where they are not disturbing other guests, and will need to continue to monitor. We may also need to look at removing the ash tray and suggest that staff and guests use the back and side entrances.
