“Expected More”

This stay was not pleasing at all.. I could have gone to the motel six around the corner got a bigger room with better guest service. When I got there to check in Shelby at the front desk was busy conversting with someone else. So there was no real attention spent on me the guest. When I got to my room and used the bathroom to discover the toilet was not working I called down to the front desk and she said give her a minute. I waited about forty minutes just to give time for sorting things out,. She never called back. When i called back Rashim at the front desk was excellent he switched my room with no problem. I just feel like that situation was handled poorly from the beginning.
