“Front desk issues”

I have been going to this specific location for years . Normally the staff is very friendly. On this last visit the woman that checked me out was simply was not listening to me and because of this she started to critique me and said that I should not argue with her. I simply said "good morning, I'm ready to check out but I misplaced my room key and was wondering if I needed to find it to check out." She looked at me ,rolled her eyes and proceeded to make me a new room key. When she gave me the key,I I said sorry I don't need another key , I was asking if I had to find the key that was originally given to me. She accused me of arguing with her and then printed a copy of my bill then just flick it at me, said nothing else and went back to doing.... Nothing.
