Upon seeing your review, I have personally held a meeting with my front desk agents and provided them With more training and importance of customer service in hospitality industry. I have also instructed my maintaince to perform preventative maintaince more thoroughly so this issue does not arise again. It is our policy here that if there is anything wrong or an unexpected issue comes up with the room at anytime during your stay, just inform the front desk and they will change the room and upgrade for free!
