“They forgot about us!”

We only stayed 2 nights. The first night was fine with the exception of some noisy guests above us. The second night was fine, it was check out day that was not so fine. We did not spend much time in our rooms so after the first night we were out all day and came back late at night around 11pm. We returned to an uncleaned rooms, no clean towels, trash still in cans, unmade beds, etc. It was so late I didn't bother dealing with it. The next morning I got up and had to go out to the front desk to get clean towels. Upon my request the desk clerk had to first check in the computer system for our room status. Meanwhile I am waiting to get towels to hurry and shower and get to a family function. He couldn't find us in the system, which is probably why the room was not cleaned. I stood there waiting while he continued to research the issue. Then he finally gave me towels and I went on my way.Also, when we checked in we paid with a different credit card than the one we used to reserve the room. But I've since checked the accounts and they still charged us on the card that the reservation was made on. These things made the experience disappointing. Especially since nothing was done to rectify the situation.
