“it was a quick overnight trip and i made reservations ahead...”

- it was a quick overnight trip and i made reservations ahead intending to use my earned points. I was told I would have to have the manager arrange to apply my points. Upon arrival, i learned I had received the wrong information and could only apply points on line and not at check in. however the desk clerk somehow arranged for my points to be applied to my room and all was well. He did an excellent job.
