“Not up to Wyndham quality”

This is not up to the usual Wyndham quality. The fixtures were old and worn with a hole in the seating cushion. The sink stained, and long hairs (from someone else) were in the bathtub. The lights were the worst blue florescent, they were downright blinding. The fridge in our first room did not work, we complained, and were transferred to another room with a working fridge, but not until we had already unpacked. The only thing good about the breakfast was the waffle, otherwise stale kolaches or bagels, and the coffee was either cold or empty most mornings. And this is the ONLY hotel I've ever stayed at that did not provide coffee in the rooms, so when it ran out you were out of luck. Because we are frequently Wyndham guests, we used points for the room and only had to pay $7.00. Otherwise, I would have been even more disappointed. The air conditioning was bad. The window unit was insufficient for the room freezing one side and overheated on the other. Despite it being close to family, we will NOT be using it again.
