“I experienced a number of problems. For starters...”

I experienced a number of problems. For starters, expedia hi-acked my reservation when I logged on to what I believed was the Microtel website. I checked out halfway through my ten night stay and checked back in under Microtel. However, the desk clerk would not (or could not) give me a receipt for the first five night's stay because it was through Expedia so now I am struggling to get a receipt for my expenses. the room was very cold. The thermostat doesn't work right so I had to take the blankets off the other bed to stay warm. Otherwise the staff was friendly and was good to put me in a room with microwave and mini-fridge.
