Thank you for staying with us and providing your review.Regarding this review, the front desk staff is trained to provide customer service to all customers who come to the front desk or to those that call to the hotel front desk. During this time that pertains to this review, another customer needed assistance with their television and the front desk agent had went to assist this particular customer since there was nobody (including the reviewer) standing at the front desk counter. Although the reviewer claims she had to wait 15 minutes, the front desk agent returned within 1 minute so the wait time was for this reviewer was very minimal, despite her statements.Please keep in mind that front desk staff members have many duties and occasionally during busy time periods multiple customers do need assistance at the same exact time. Generally speaking we help out customers that are at the front desk already but in this instance the reviewer was not standing at the front desk when he needed to help out another customer.Once again, thank your for staying with us and we invite you to come back to our hotel if you are in the area again. « hide
