“Check-out is important too!!!”

I had a good stay until it was time to check-out. Because I had not recevied my recpt, I went to the front desk to checkout. The front desk attendee walked past me and went upstairs. I rang the bell only to have no one come within 15 min. I called the hotel and he answered the phone stating he would be down back shortly. I told him, I had already been waiting. He said he had to attend to a remote control for a guest. I asked why didn't take care of me before he went upstairs. He said he didn't know I was ready to check out. I was standing at the counter. Prior to this everything was satisfactory. He really the total opposite of the very kind lady at check-in.
