“Nice Try But...”; Oct 29, 2012 , Anthem; This hotel didn't live up to my expectations. As a Worldmark owner I opted for this hotel with hopes that it would be better than the Motel 6 and other economy chains. The hotel chain seems to be making an effort with the room amenities and such. However, the following are my complaints which would likely prevent me from staying in the future.1. The hotel caters to smokers and even though my room seemed to be smoke free I could smell it the minute I walked in the door and down the hall.2. It was a cold night and the temperature control on the unit didn't seem to work. The heat would go on if I fiddled with it and then it would just shut off - not comfortable. 3. Supposedly there was wireless internet but I tried 2 computers and didn't have any luck. If it worked the instructions and the staff were not informed about how to properly get it going. I am not a computer novice so I don't think it was me.All in all it was a disappointing stay.
