“Wirelss problem”

I was disappointed that the wireless service did not work in my room. When I told the desk clerk about the problem she stated that someone else had trouble with it in the same room, although the rooms on either side did not. She gave me an ethernet cable to try, which didn't help. I had travelled for several weeks, staying at various hotels and didn't encounter any probelm until then. When I mentioned it the next morning to the person in charge, he said it was new service and he would make sure it was fixed. That didn't help me because I was leaving.
