“All was great except”; Mar 04, 2013 Tanya C, Harrogate; you might want to rethink your no refunds policy if you want to attract business customers. I would not have booked with your hotel for business travel had I realized there were no refunds. Business travel dates many times change due to scheduling conflicts and inclement weather. The hotel was very nice and the service was good, but I won't book with a hotel with your refund policy anymore.

We do have discounted rate plans that are non-refundable and non cancellable as they are special discounted rates, however, we always offer refundable or cancellable rates for our rooms, which are not discounted, but will allow guests the option for refunds or cancellations. We hope you choose our hotel again in your future business trips to the area, and in booking future trips, we ask you call the hotel directly so we may also ensure you will have a rate that can be changed, cancelled or refunded. « hide
