“Handicap Rooms are not a good fit for non-handicapped people”

The room that we were given was a handicapped room. We were told there were no other rooms available. In a handicap room there is no tub, so the bathroom floor gets very wet from trying to hold a hand held shower head and wash at the same time. There is no place to put anything in the bathroom, no cabinets, no counters, nothing!The second morning I instructed the front desk that water was leaking through a light fixture in the ceiling above the TV. No one ever let me know if this was fixed or not.On the 3rd night of our stay, my daughter had a monthly accident. I left the bed sheet uncovered so they could see the blood. They just made the bed up withour changing the sheets, so after a long day at the hospital with my father, I had to go to the desk and get a clean bottom sheet and change the bed myself.Hallways are very dirty, always had to ask for coffee to be made and the construction guest were very noisy outside drinking and smoking at all hours.
