Thank you so much for your 4 star review. I am happy that nearly everything was good during your stay. While I understand the frustration of seeing an employee occupying a "good" space, I also see the point of the Night lady who arrives after 11 pm, and doesn't want to park all the way at the end of the parking lot when no one else is around. There has to be some sort of solution however. perhaps I can turn one of the spaces near the lobby, but not the best space into an employee parking space. You have brought something to think about to my attention, Thank you, Anthony. « hide

Although we try our best to stay on top of everything, in the Mornings there is usually one desk agent responsible for the Breakfast and the Desk. Next time you stay, before you leave your room, try calling the desk and make sure the breakfast is stocked up. Again, We appreciate your repeat business. See you next time. « hide

Thank you very much for staying at our property and for taking the time to review us here. at TripAdvisor. I apologize that the room did not exceed your expectations. The property is 12 years old, I imagine there are a few places here and there that need paint touch up. Although we installed new carpet in 2009, and used the corporate recommended style and vendor, I must admit that this carpet has not held up as well as we would have hoped. While most rooms are fine, some have worn worse in places. This is not a mistake we will make when we replace this carpet again. I appreciate your pointing out that the room and bed were clean. The beds are less then 1 year old. I apologize that they did not sleep well for you. « hide

Thank you for being our guest, Robert. The beds are less then 1 year old, however you are not the only guest to mention that they are uncomfortable. That said, many guest also tell me that they sleep great. They are Simmons brand, pillow top. I guess there isnt going to be one mattress that is for everyone. Next time you stay with us, ask if an upgrade might be possible. If the hotel is not terribly busy, and you are just staying for the night, we may be able to put you into a larger room instead for the same price. Also, If you qualify for AAA, Military or any other discount, be sure to ask for it. Thank you for your review, I hope you will stay with us again « hide
