“Staff”; Dec 19, 2012 Ronald S, Northbrook; When we booked on the phone we were not given proper direction.Staff at desk was not friendly and dressed like a sloppy something. When we returned from dinner, not even a hello. When we left, not a friendly goodbye or a smile. Poor training.
