“My stay at Knoxville Cedar Bluff exit”; Feb 14, 2013 Michael P, San Jose; Room and hotel were very clean. The only issue I had was at the end. When i first checked in I was told that if I stayed more than 1 night I would be eligible to apply the multiple night discount. I ended up staying 5 nights. However when I went to check out not only did they not include the additional discount they also charged me a higher rate for the weekend days. I had to leave at 4:00 am for the airport and could not resolve this issue because I was told i would need to stay and talk to the manager/owner... That was was very convenient for him since my flight was at 6:00 am...I probably will not stray there again because of this issue. Cleanliness is great but honesty is better...
