“30th anniversary trip to Gatlinburg”

Excellent location in Gatlinburg. Room was super small. Clean overall. Carpet was ripped by the door. Elevator smelled like moth balls, luggage caddy was very unstable..bad wheels..just overall bad condition. Our luggage fell off when we tried to turn it in the elevator. Good coffee. Coffee makers were next to a supply room were the door was always open. It just made you feel like no one cared about how the guest sees the property. The person who checked us in about 3:00 pm on Monday 10/22 had no interest in the job and it was evident. This is a vacation destination. Guests expect to at least be greeted with a smiling face. Yes it is a low budget hotel..but you can still make your quests feel like you appreciate their business. Would we stay again..yes we definetly would.
