“Wretched and Pathetic”; Nov 19, 2012 Tom F, Columbia; Every 12-15 minutes a heating unit kicked in that sounded like a freight train roaring through the middle of the room. You should be sued for fraud. I travel 120 days a year and you can be sure I will WARN others NOT TO STAY AT THIS LOCATION!!
