“Left me wanting”

The location was in the perfect place for my stay in West Chester. That was the highlight of my stay next to the young lady working the 6-10 pm shift. After getting settled in the room and ready to go to bed, I pulled the sheets back to see hair and food crumbs on the sheets along with stains. I went to the other bed in the room and found more of the same. When I called the receptionist and explained the beds sheets were dirty, I was told " I don't know if we have any cleans ones". a few minutes later he called back and confirmed they did not have any clean bedding. I was offered another room and I moved to it. The new rooms bath tube was dirty and had dirty washcloths hanging from the shower curtain bar and the 2nd beds sheets also had hair and stains on them. I removed the sheets and slept in the first bed. I left early the next day and place the placard on the door requesting service. I left at 7 am and returned at 9 pm to find my room the same way I left it. I went to reception desk and the young lady working offered to make the beds and clean the room when she was off at 11 pm. The room was cleaned the next day, and that night I packed my bags for an early 4 am departure the next day. as I packed I realized I was missing a pair of athletic shorts and a small antique box given to me by my grandfather. I have no idea where they are but they were both in the room when I left with my father to attend my grandmother funeral. I could have stayed at the days inn up the street for a little bit more money, but I figured the name Wyndham would offer a bit higher quality than a motel 6. I am very disappointed.
