“You need improvement in your website”

Even after I contacted the service center twice (once online & once on the phone) you still did not post the points for my stay in early March.This was my first experience with your online reservation system (it could not book the stay properly the first attempt) and frankly I am not impressed.It took 4x longer to book a room verses any major chain (Marriott, Hilton & even Choice).Hotel staff must be fluid in english to serve USA based clients - especially in Pittsburgh!
