“Mountains out of Mole Hills”

- Check in was great. The lady at check in (about 3 PM), was wonderful. No errors with my reservation, and she even gave me a choice of being on the first floor. The next morning I was doing my expense report and asked the gentleman at the front desk to give me my total. He did. Then, at check out, a new lady was at the front desk, and the cost was a tad more than I was told. I had already emailed my expense report. I explained this to her and questioned the difference. The lady at the desk did fix it, but made a big deal about it, as though she were dong me a favor. Other than that, and very poor drainage in the sink and tub, I was very pleased with the whole stay.
