“HOR-RI-BLE!!!!!!!!!!”

We arrived at this hotel with reservations for 2 rooms/2 nights. Check in was okay, although the night rep, Marley, who had just arrived was sleepy, he was nice. The room my mom and kids were in had dirty floors and a dirty tub and cigarette holes in the blankets. They swapped her room to one that had chips on the floor. The room still was stinky, the tub was better but there was a ROACH on the towel....really? We let the front desk know but my mom said she didnt wanna keep moving- she is 69. My room was okay until I lye down and my blanket REEKED of FUNK!! My husband couldnt snatch it off fast enough. He turned on the TV to fuzz... I could go on...but believe me saving money AINT worth it. You seriously get what you pay for. We left the very next morning and went to the Navy Lodge for an awesome stay... OH and to top it off, I was triple charged...100 something for each room for two nights and 50 something each night for the one night we did stay in that ----hole. I contacted customer service about the charge, and the Manager, Patel called me back. After telling me he doesn't see the 100 dollar charges that my bank said cleared already, I advised I would just file a dispute with the bank and proceeded to tell Mr Patel my complaints about my stay. He said Im right because I am the customer but if I was not satisfied, I did not have to stay there, it was my choice. He also said he called me about the charges only because I did not tell customer service about the multitude of problems I had. I politely ended that call and let him know that this is one franchise corporate will know about . Where is UNDERCOVER BOSS when you need them!?? I will let sooooo many people know about this horrible experience, the franchise owner is bound to find out. Its probably Patel(name meaning Village Headman) ... I mean that too!!!! && if he is the owner, I may have to write an article for the local news...YES, its that serious--I do not play with customer service!!!! A little outstanding customer service goes a long way and so does bad service....watch!
