“Alltus Microtel NOT GOOD”

Several families staying for a wedding. AC was out in most rooms, service was horriable. Drunk man wandering around yelling through hotel at night. No one did anything about it. We asked about a fan, because it had been in the 100's outside, so our room was a sauna. No help, We had to go buy a fan. A our fan in our bath room didn't work. The water in our shower only ran on HOT, so you were basically sanitized when you took a shower. The front desk wasn't any help. Asked for manager's phone number, they were on vacation, asked for someone else higher up and they refused and said they can't give out that number and all they offered was $10 off the rate. I said my AC doesn't work and that is all you are going to give me. I WILL NEVER stay at another Microtel. The night guy was rude and was more interested in who he was texting on his phone. The other guy lied to us about getting us help then at 1030 at night on the second night he finally said he could put us in another room upstairs. We were leaving the next day. We had already suffered. I called on Monday because the guy told me manager would be there on Monday, I think he told me this so he didn't have to deal with me. I called and the young gal said No the manager is on vacation and won't be back till Thursday. I can give you $10 off your room. I said NO that isn't fixing it. I paid $150 for the two night and making it $140 isn't compensating it for me. NO Air Conditioning and the weather had been in the 100's. She said that was all she could do and she refused to give me anyone else's number to get in touch with. One of our other families who had a little boy didn't even have a TV in the room. Nothing was done about that. There were several rooms with notes on the door that said AC didn't work. What a dump. I don't usually rant on a place like this, but I haven't ever had a hotel, where they weren't willing to take care of the customer like this place.
