“Worst Stay EVER!!!”

1st off the guy at the FD was rude and would NOT give me a military discount with my veterans or spouse Id. Then we get to the room, the phone, remote, and shower did not work. There were stains all in the carpet and the pillows felt chunky and not fluffy. You were not allowed to bring breakfast back to your room. and the milk from breakfast had chunks in it. Went to use the fitness room and it smelled like mold. The Tvs are also tiny and angled weird so really only one section of the room can watch it comfortably. It was the worst stay ever! They should call it the Micro Service hotel!! The next morning Fady was very helpful and we got half refuded but still have yet to see it in my account. Thank you Fady for your professional and kind manner. You carry yourself like management and should be a manager someday!!
