Rest assured that we place the utmost importance on the security of our guests and confidential information. We share your concern and assure you what you experienced is not a normal procedure at our hotels. Unfortunately, there was an issue with our systems that precluded the swiping of your credit card at that time. In order not to delay your check-in, a copy of the credit card was taken so the information could be input when the system was restored and able to accept. Only authorized employees are allowed in areas where guest information is maintained and confidential information is shredded routinely. I am reviewing with all our team members again the importance of always securing guest information. « hide
