“Above Average”

We have stayed here previously. I guess we were expecting the same type of room of which we have had before. Instead we were in a very, very small room where the AC stopped working. Was miserable the first night. The staff however did try to accommodate the air situation during the early morning (around 3 am) where they gave us a super sized fan. That helped a little but we still had to keep the room door open. The next morning after discussion with the front desk it was then determined that we were Wyndham owners and they switched us to a room more to our expectation (suit of which we generally have). After that we wound up staying an extra nite. Bottom-line is that they recommended for future stays to not only make our reservation through Wyndham but to call them to assure we get the appropriate accommodations. They did their best to meet our needs and we very much appreciated that!! So my ratings below were based upon the first nite stay...it was horrible...hot and we couldn't breath!! :-)
