“Wasn't treated like a guess”; Mar 06, 2013 Trina M, Charlotte; I had to ask for extra towels wash cloths because only two were provided to a room for 3 adults. The elevator was broken on the 1st and 2nd floor so we had to carry all of our luggage upstairs. On the last day there weren't any towels or wash cloths available b/c they were short staffed. The only thing good I can say about the hotel was that our rooms and bathroom were clean upon arrival. My card was ran three times also, why I don't know.
