“Dirty, littered, broken, loud and as safe as a downtown bus terminal.”

The hotel smelled. The elevator was broken. The door to the stairs was broken and hanging. The public floors were littered, dirty, and worn. The door handle to my room didn't work. The mattress was uncomfortable and dirty. I could not sleep due to noise transfer (even with a white noise machine and earplugs). I clearly heard the TV in the next room. I could hear footsteps above me. The parking lot was filled, to the point that I could not park, with people blaring their music from their cars. People loitered around the inside and outside of the hotel. The hotel needs to involve the police in the activities that go on in its front parking lot. The evening staff was overwhelmed and could help no one. The day staff was rude, loud, and uninterested in anything but talking to her friend who stayed all morning. The room itself was very clean excluding the mattress.
