“wedding weekend”

We booked our room ahead of time. Called to verify they confirmed our room. When we arrived they said we didn't have reservation in the computer we gave them a copy of the reservation. We were lucky they had a room if not our wedding would have been ruined. It would've been nice if they gave us some type of discount on the room or upgraded the room. It didn't seem to bother them at all we travel a lot and this was the first time we had this problem. We always book through priceline but this time we didn't. The first night stay was not very good the room next to us the people were fighting all night long and were very loud. Really wasn't to impressed at all with our stay. Think they need to make sure reservations are kept how can they be there one day gone the next. Staff really wasn't very friendly either. They need to be more accommodating and what we paid more at that one than any other Microtel around and for them to loose our reservation is very irresponsible. Our second night seemed to be a little better but staff didn't go out of their way to speak to us at any other place we have stayed they always welcome us and make sure we are happy they didn't even ask how our stay was at the end very rude if you ask me. Guess that's why their prices are so much higher at that one compared to the other ones.
