“Ski Competition”; Jan 12, 2013 Dianne S, Queensbury; We stayed at your hotel 2 yrs ago for the NY State Championships for Alpine Skiing and I recalled a good experience. This time I could not believe how old and tired the room looked. The mattress's need to be replaced and rooms updated. I have stayed in other Microtel's before and never remembered your standards ever being this low. To not carry a coffee pot in the rooms seemed very unusual too, something I expect in a room regardless of price. I will not visit again until you update it. I typically stay at the Marriott because you always receive the value and standards.
