“Lighting - rooms need lights for reading in bed. The...”; Feb 24, 2013; Lighting - rooms need lights for reading in bed. The flourescent full width light over the bed is overkill.Disappointed that reception desk didn't have a map of the local area and the desk clerk wasn't familiar with local street names. At that time, there wasn't a local map in the telephone directory either.

I am a little dissapointed to hear that the customer service provided to you during your stay was not up to par to say the least. Both myself and the staff here at the Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham pride ourselves on providing the best customer service as we possibly can. I am a little bit surprised that you were told that we did not have a local map available for you at the front desk because they are always available for guest use. We are in the early stages of revamping some of our guest rooms and could be getting small bedside reading lamps very soon. So I do hope you give us a second look upon your traveles in the future and let us provide you with a comfortable and pleasent experience.
