“Sauk Rapids youth hockey team”

I have set this info in a couple times...I was very disapoointed with our stay. for one I work from home and need the internet I was told we would have free wifi and it wasnt working there for I lost two days of work which means $$. I complained mulitple times to the front desk Friday afternoon & Saturday all day...Saturday night late someone came in to fix it but still never went up. Im a single mother and count on my work time when I can get them...When you are told that you have free wifi it should be there! Not only was out the $$ for work then I also paid for two nights stay and was very upset...specially during xmas time to be out two days work huge downer!The supervisor that night seemed very upset that I kept questioning the internet situation...but I would think you as a company wanting business people to come in and stay during the week and weekend for that matter the internet NEEDS to be up and running!Thanks Kimberly Lenarz
