“not one of the best....”

I do have to say that when you first walk in the lobby is clean and very nicely decorated. The first of several front desk receptionist was not rude but not the most friendly, we didn't get that Texas hospitality. Although we had 4 adults in the room they were stingy with the towels and make sure you request the big towels otherwise you'll get the smaller ones. The breakfast was more than your typical continental breakfast. The managers make themselves present but don't count on them making you feel welcomed in fact on check out day we were asked 3 times if we were checking out by 11am. Why??? Suggestion, if by 11 am the guests are not checking by 11 am then start asking if they need more time or MAYBE they want to stay another day (unlikely). If you are not a smoker then the smell may bother you, although we had a "Non-smoking" room my clean clothes when unpacked smelled like cigarettes. Need improving on isolating the smoking rooms. If you have a room that joins to another room you will be able to hear everything in the room next door. Last but not least when we checked out the gentleman at the front desk was very polite and even thanked us for staying there, I believe his name was Charles or Chuck, I apologize. What a concept actually thanking your CUSTOMERS. I would only recommend if the issues are corrected.
