I am very sorry that this guest had problems as they requested a smoking room when they booked on-line. Unfortunately, Our smoking wing is relegated to only 14 of our rooms on the second floor and I am sure that would have been a problem for disable person walking with a cane with our stairs. Perhaps we are not the best rooming solution for this guest considering their needs.All the Best,Chris Steffens. « hide

We would like to thank the guest for taking the time in providing this feedback. This guest booked through an on-line travel agency and request a double bed. Double beds can only be found in our Accessible rooms as the rest of the hotel has queen size bedding. Room concerns like a loose toilet seat or a pest issue would have been addressed immediately, if brought to our attention during the stay We are unfortunately limited in the amount of signage we are allowed to have by our township so we have to apologize.Thankfully our bedding and our value was appreciated .
