Hello Chris the DoS here, We would like to thank this guest for his compliment in thinking that our hotel was only 2 to 3 years old. In reality the hotel is 18 years old , the current owners for the past 8 years. We will be looking in to the staining that you mentioned. « hide

Hello Chris the DoS here, So sorry that this guest incurred a delay in checking-in . In checking the history of this check in, there was a problem with our credit card interface with the first credit card provided . Seven minutes later and with a second check card provided , the check in was completed. We invite the guest to return to try one of our double queen bedrooms , there we are sure to provide the additional room he requires. « hide

Hello Chris the DoS here, As far as this guest and their review, what is not to love?We at this Microtel Inn decided awhile back to provide coffee and tea 24 hours a day instead of having an in-room coffee maker. There is also a microwave available in the coffee station as well. « hide

Hello , Chris the DoS here, I want to thank this guest for enlightened us about his concerns ( yes pun intended) We have plans which I mention in a recent response that we are working on a changeover in out door light to LED based system which will not only save money but address the concern about the current level of light. As for the clog sink, we have a houseman for guests that advise us during their stay to unclog sinks or to address any room problems. Sorry that this guest decided to live with problem and finally complain about it in this review. There will be a work order follow up, for sure. « hide
