“Worst Customer Service!”

My cousin works for Wyndham and with her friends and family discount reserved a room at the Microtel for me. I was not expecting too much as this is a lower end hotel that is not an actual Wyndham but a sister resort. Check In was fine nothing special. I gave them the reservation coupon my cousin had filled out under my name and it was fine. The next morning before check out even started I had a man knocking in my door with no employee badge or anythign to tell me he worked for Wyndham asking me "You leave today...You leave today?" I had no idea who he was or what he was saying. What I eventually gathered was he worked there and was trying to figure out if I was checking out. Then I get a call to the room from the front desk telling me to go down there and fill paperwork out for the discount. I went down and waws treated like a criminal ny the front desk clerk in front of everyone. I guess she needed something else filled out on the form, but there is a way to ask and a way to talk to people and she should not be in the custmer service business. I would have paid 5X the amount to never have to be treated in that manner again! She needs to be fired on the spot....Completely awful. I am a Bnak Manager and know the correct way to talk to and treat people this girl would never get a job for me!
