“Vomit in the Bed??”

My family and I had 2 rooms here. Upon check in @ 1:40pm, we unloaded our luggage and went I shopping. After returning to the room and getting ready to retire for the evening I discovered the dirty pillow cases. Went to front desk to get clean ones. Front desk person sitting in corner playing on her phone actually made me feel as if i was interrupting her. Anyway,,she gave me a clean pillow case, not an apology, excuse or reason. Returned to room and replaced pillow case and turned back the covers and to my surprise found not one but three piles of vomit!!! I was slightly angry over the pillow case but this pushed me over the edge! I went back to the front desk and interrupted the phone gueen again. I told her what I found in the bed, her reply was," well, you checked in earlier today around one pm are you sure you or someone in your family didnt do it?" Are you kidding me?! There is dried vomit chunks in my bed!!! No manager to talk to. She finally put us in another room which was a step up thats all. I asked she leave a note for manager to call me asap! Next morning no word from manager so I went to find her. I found her and showed her the vomit and dirty bedding. She said, " This room was an off market room it shouldnt have been rented." When I asked for my room compt I was told no. The worst part of it all is we never got one apology for anything from any manager or front desk staff. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED.
