“Excellant Staff”

I have stayed here several times in the past. The clerk, Marsha, is very good. When I called for the reservation, she recognized me by my name, knew what kind of room I normally used, and the fact I want it close to the front. When I walked in on Tuesday evening, she knew me, handed my room keys, and took care of the paper work in short order. Later in the evening, the internet went down and she immediately got it going again. I know she was the manager there, and I beleive your upper management team would improve the facility if she was back in charge and training the other clerks to have the customer service she delivers. I hope she is able to train and bring the rest of the staff, from the top down, up to she high standards.
