Disappointing for a Microtel, but there are not a lot of options in Keyser for lodging so it is the best they have to offer at this time. The front desk sign says that it is a totally non-smoking hotel, but I was informed that the sign is wrong and there are smoking rooms on the third floor. Actually, my first impression of the hotel was the assistant general manager and a desk clerk standing outside the entrance smoking while another guest and myself waited inside. The breakfast was probably good, but make sure you eat very early. I didn't eat early to avoid the rush and most of the hot foods were dry and cold, so I didn't eat them. There was no attendant at that time also. My best experience was the desk clerk who checked me out; I think his name was Kenneth. He was very cordial and empathetic. I would probably not stay here again if I can avoid it. If you stay, be sure to avoid rooms near the laundry on the second floor. Too noisy to rest.....
