“BAD STAY ON TWO OCCASIONS”

When I checked into this motel the fifth time i explained to the clerk that i am paying cash. They charged my card $20 over my rate anyway. 7 days later i still did not have my money back on my card. They blame the bank. So I stayed again on the following weekend and paid cash WHEN I CHECKED IN. The next day they charged my card again for $20 more than my rate. I had already paid cash. When I questioned the front desk they said that they still have to put a hold on my card even if i already paid. I was told "How do we know that you just wont walk out and not pay? " They have $320.00 of my money on hold. I realize they are slow during this season and the manager has quotas to make to keep his job but dont use my money to do it. I stay in this area on a weekly basis and this motel has lost my business forever.
