“MO trip for wedding”

I was very pleased with my stay. The rooms were clean, beds were comfortable. The staff was excellent. They tried to accommodate all our needs. We accidently spilled coffee in the room. I told the front desk as we were leaving for the day. By the time we got back the carpet had been shampooed and dry. I did not give it a 5 because there were two things that I missed. My husband has medical problems and needs his medication refrigerated. They do not have refrigerators in the rooms on the ground floor and we had to be on the ground floor because there is no elevator and my husband can not walk up the steps. The staff had us put his medication in the hotel refrigerator so, while it wasn't convenient, the problem was solved. The breakfast room was very clean and kept that way while we were eating. I missed having my egg in the morning, but their breakfast choices were ok. Besides the coffee, they had yogurt, cold cereal, oatmeal, muffins, English muffins, bagels, toast. They had the butter, cream cheese, peanut butter, and jellies to go along with them. They had fresh milk and orange juice. I appreciated the fact that they didn't shut down the breakfast exactly at the ending time. My husband woke up one morning late because he didn't feel well. They had already packed up the breakfast stuff, but they went back and got him the orange juice he requested. I really appreciated the extra effort the staff took on taking care of us. This was our second stay at this motel. We will stay their again on our next trip to MO.
